What We Receive

Information you choose to send us

We only hold what you actively send us over WhatsApp, email or a phone call. Typically that is your name, your firm’s name, your city, the number you are writing from, and the fabric and quantity you are asking about.

We use it for one thing: to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to supply and dispatch the goods. For a dispatch, the delivery address and a contact number are shared with the transport company carrying your consignment, because they cannot deliver without them. Where an invoice is raised, the billing details are kept in our accounts as Indian tax law requires.

We do not sell, rent or share your details for anyone else’s marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list from an enquiry.

What happens just by visiting

Three things see your device’s IP address simply because the page has to load. None of them is run by us, and none is used to build a profile of you:

• Our web host. Like every website, the server keeps standard access logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser — for security and to keep the site running.
• Google Fonts. The page loads its two typefaces from Google’s font servers, so Google sees the request.
• Google Maps. The Contact page embeds a Google map of our Ahmedabad office. That map is loaded from Google and may set its own cookies. Every other page on this site loads no third-party content at all.

WhatsApp is a separate service run by Meta. Once you press send, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy, not by this one.

Cookies

What this site keeps in your browser

This website sets no cookies of its own, which is why you are not asked to accept any.

It uses one small piece of browser storage: a note that the opening animation has already played, so it does not replay on every page you open. It is cleared the moment you close the tab, it never leaves your browser, and it is not readable by us or by anyone else.

The Google map on the Contact page is the one exception — Google may set cookies through it. If you would rather it did not, your browser’s third-party cookie settings control that, and the rest of the site works exactly the same without it.

Your Choices

Asking us what we hold, or to delete it

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what details of yours we hold, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Write to vishwam.vav@gmail.com or message +91 70418 23156 and we will action it.

Where an invoice has been raised, tax law requires us to keep those records for the statutory period, so those specific records cannot be deleted on request. Everything else can be.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, write to us first at the email above. The partners see that inbox directly — there is no support layer in between.

A few remaining points

• This is a business-to-business site. It is meant for garment units, wholesalers, private labels and tailoring units, and is not directed at children.
• Security. The site is served over HTTPS. Because it stores nothing, there is no customer database here to breach. Enquiries we have received are kept on our own business phones and email accounts.
• Links out. Our Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp links take you to those companies’ own platforms, where their privacy policies apply, not ours.
• Changes. If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. There is no archive of earlier versions — what is on this page is what applies.
